Rapid technological changes are the order of the day. We help our clients rise to the challenge with our application maintenance services. Our application management strategy involves identifying suitable new applications and opportunities for cost savings. The coordinated functioning of our onshore and offshore units with the client unit ensures a smooth transition for our clients.
- The project initiation phase involves a detailed study of the project and its environment to understand the type of maintenance required.
- The knowledge acquisition phase involves preparing a requirements document that lists the various types of maintenance activities, their estimates and a requirements traceability matrix.
- During knowledge transition, we understand the basis of the design and architecture of the project and prepare a document accordingly. We study the code and update the requirements traceability matrix
- In the maintenance phase, we prepare an approach document to document the current design and the proposed change. We then implement the change, test it and release it as planned.
- In the event of defects, we carry out a bug fixing activity. We raise a change request for the customer defect. The impact of the defect is duly analysed and documented. The defect gets fixed, tested and later released.
- During phase out, the project gets transferred to the client. We carefully document our observations to improvise subsequent processes.
